If you are tempted by encaustic art don’t be afraid to come and have a go. Whether you are a complete novice or wishing to develop your skills I can tailor the day to suit you. It's a wonderful way to just chill out and 'Go with the Flow'.

On the day of your course you will be able to use my encaustic tools, wax and paper. If you are already working in encaustic let me know how you wish to develop your artwork and we can make a plan whether it be working with shellac, building texture, making encaustic medium, hotplate skills, collage, mono-printing or photo-encaustic.

The course will take place in my studio overlooking the garden. I can offer courses for two people or one to one in my studio. Larger groups can be organised too.

You may be wondering what you need to bring with you for the course.  On the day of your course you will be able to use my encaustic tools, wax and paper. This will give you an opportunity to see if you enjoy the art form before purchasing a kit.  Its a good idea to wear clothes that are not too special just in case you are a messy artist like me! I do have aprons.

How much will the course cost? - £150 per person.
