As some of you will know I've been immersed in the world of encaustic art for quite a while, creating these vibrant, textured pieces that have found homes all over the world. The challenge, though, is that my prolific output has filled up everyone's walls in my family. The larger creations usually end up in galleries, but this week, something changed.
I unveiled a painting that has a unique charm, and I'm contemplating keeping it for myself, breaking away from the usual routine. It's a piece that feels like it belongs in the sanctuary of my own home, and it got me thinking about the personal connection we have with art.
So, what do you think about this deviation from the norm? Should this particular painting become a cherished addition to my home, bringing the essence of my creative spirit to my living space? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
